Following a visit in which the problem was identified, a second visit took place in accordance with my timetable for availability at home, during which a new part was fitted, returning the boiler to proper operation. The engineer took pains to explain what was wrong, what he was doing to fix the malfunction, and to give advice on possible future problems, given the age of the boiler itself. His efforts are much appreciated.

Rob from Poseidon Heating did a fantastic job. Was on time, efficient and tidy. Also I asked him to quickly look at a dripping tap to see if it needed replacing and he just tightened it up which I was very grateful for. Highkly recommend then and I now know who I will contact if I need anymore plumbing work done.
